CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made in writing only and should be sent by post, fax or email to the Conference Secretariat. The policy for cancellation is as follows:

An administration fee of CHF 75 (~ € 50.-) will be charged for cancellation up to 15th of April 2010.

Cancellation received after 15th of April 2010 will not be refunded.

All refunds will be processed after ERS-ISIAN 2010 and will be paid in CHF. Participants unable to attend may transfer their tickets to another person.

VISA

PARTICIPANTS FROM NON SCHENGEN STATES: ENTRY VISA NECESSARY

We remind you that measures required to enter the Schengen space are very strict and the proceedings to obtain a visa may take several months. We thus strongly recommend non Schengen-countries participants to contact the Consulate of Switzerland or the diplomatic mission of their home countries to make the necessary provisions.
Switzerland joined the Schengen Zone on 12 December 2008. Holders of a valid Schengen visa no longer need a visa to enter Switzerland if they are travelling as tourists and their stay does not exceed three months in any half year period.

Those without a Schengen visa must make suitable arrangements to obtain a visa to enter Swiss territory.

We remind you that the provisions in force concerning entry into the Schengen Zone are very strict. Those people requiring a visa are strongly encouraged to take the necessary steps as soon as possible at the Swiss Consulate or the Diplomatic Mission responsible for the necessary formalities in their country of residence.

It should also be noted that Kuoni Travel Ltd. can in no case intervene in the process of applying for a visa.
