Social program:
CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations must be made in writing only and should be sent by post, fax or email to the Conference Secretariat. The policy for cancellation is as follows: An administration fee of CHF 75 (~ € 50.-) will be charged for cancellation up to 15th of April 2010. Cancellation received after 15th of April 2010 will not be refunded. All refunds will be processed after ERS-ISIAN 2010 and will be paid in CHF. Participants unable to attend may transfer their tickets to another person.
VISAPARTICIPANTS FROM NON SCHENGEN STATES: ENTRY VISA NECESSARY We remind you that measures required to enter the Schengen space are very strict and the proceedings to obtain a visa may take several months. We thus strongly recommend non Schengen-countries participants to contact the Consulate of Switzerland or the diplomatic mission of their home countries to make the necessary provisions.
