Booking

In order to benefit from the special rates, please use one of the following booking methods:

Book your hotel accommodation through this website

We strongly advise all participants to reserve their hotel accommodation as soon as possible.

Kuoni Travel Ltd. will not be able to guarantee rooms after April 15, 2010.

A deposit of 1 night per reserved room is required to secure your hotel reservation, rooms will be assigned on a “first come, first served” basis.
Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of the hotel. The booking will be final upon receipt of the corresponding payment.
For block bookings (10 rooms and up) companies are requested to send their request by fax or Email to Kuoni Travel Ltd. Different payment and cancellation policies will apply.

Booking at other hotels is independent of the general congress administration.

Personal Insurance 

We recommend that all participants take out a personal travel and health insurance for their trip.

Cancellation of accommodation

IMPORTANT: a deposit covering the first night of your stay is required.
Please indicate the participant's name and « ERS-ISIAN 2010" on ALL payments.

All cancellations and modifications must be sent to Kuoni Travel Ltd. Geneva in writing (fax, letter or email) at any stage prior to or during the event.

ACCOMMODATION 4 * and 5* hotels

* Up to 60 days prior to arrival: 100% refund less bank charges
* From 60 to 30 days prior to arrival: 1 night cancellation fee
* Less than 30 days prior to arrival and No-Shows: no refund

ACCOMMODATION 3 * Hotels
* Up to 30 days prior to arrival: 100% refund less bank charges
* From 30 to 7 days prior to arrival: 1 night cancellation fee
* Less than 7 days prior to arrival and No-Shows: no refund

In case of no-show the hotel will automatically release the reservation. Full reservation stay will be charged after the first day of no show.

In the event of non-arrival / no show, the hotel will automatically release the reservation. The full reservation stay will be due and charged in case of no-show.

Early Departure Fee: Guests will be charged in full for checking out prior to the departure date confirmed.
